Submit your materials

We will begin designing a customized PDF newsletter for you as soon as we receive your materials: your photo, bio, the name that goes in the header or banner, and logo, if you wish.

If you have not already done so, we need you to submit to us your professional photo, bio, logo and the name you wish to use in the header/banner.

Your photo and logo should be submitted in a jpg, tif, or gif file. Graphics embedded in emails, PDF files or word docs are unacceptable.

Your bio should be written in a friendly style rather than impersonal and corporate. Many people prefer to use the personal pronouns “I” and “you” to set a conversational tone that works to build connections with readers. It should be no longer than 150 words. Be sure to include your contact info and verify all numbers, spellings, email and web addresses.

Choose an article

In addition to submitting your materials for the newsletter design, you must also choose an article for your first newsletter.

To receive your first newsletter draft, please select an article and send us an email letting us know. All articles have a brief synopsis on our site and can be searched by category. (Do not use the order links inside the synopses, as they are for individual purchases, and you have a subscription.)

Around the third or fourth week of each month, you will get an email notification of a new article available. Simply reply by email and that article will be formatted for your newsletter and the HTML file will be sent to you for approval. You can always request any other article instead of the new one for the month.

Send Your Email Database File of Subscribers

If you already have a list of subscribers, please send it to us in a csv file. Only include a name and email address.  If you have questions about this, just ask.

We will provide you with the HTML code for a subscription form you should put on your web pages.

Reminder

Per the business terms and reprint rights you cannot resell articles, including your All-in-One Ezine content, to other users without the permission of Patsi Krakoff.

Stay informed

Please be sure to add our email to your list of acceptable emails, otherwise we cannot communicate with you and you won’t receive your newsletter files.
